Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026DashFindZ is a Chrome extension by Financial Growth Group that helps Amazon creators find products worth filming. This policy explains what DashFindZ reads, what it keeps, and what it sends.
What DashFindZ reads
DashFindZ only works on Amazon pages (amazon.com, amazon.ca and Amazon Associates Central). To show you its results, it reads:
- product pages and search results (titles, prices, ratings, sales, video counts);
- Creator Connections campaigns you can see, and your Creator Connections message list (to count new replies from brands);
- your storefront videos, when you use "Check my videos";
- your Amazon order history, only when you click "Scan order history".
These requests are made from your own browser, with your own Amazon login. DashFindZ never buys anything, joins campaigns or accepts terms for you. When you ask it to message a brand, it types your message into Amazon's message box for you to check; only you can press Send.
What stays on your computer
Everything DashFindZ reads from Amazon (products, campaigns, your videos, your orders, message copies, your watchlist and your settings, such as your name and social media links) is stored only in Chrome on your computer. It is not sent to us or anyone else. Uninstalling DashFindZ deletes it.
What DashFindZ sends to us
To run DashFindZ Pro subscriptions, DashFindZ sends our license server (hosted on Cloudflare) these things about once an hour:
- your Amazon Associates store ID, or both of them if you have a US and a Canada account (to identify your subscription);
- a random ID and a secret key created by DashFindZ for this computer (to allow a subscription on a limited number of computers, and so nobody else can use your subscription; we only keep a one-way fingerprint of the key);
- your computer's type and browser, like "Windows ยท Chrome" (no name, model or serial number), so you can tell your computers apart in "Your computers";
- the DashFindZ version number;
- your email, only if you add it in DashFindZ's welcome form and tick "email me DashFindZ tips and updates" (untick it anytime to remove it).
If something DashFindZ reads from Amazon keeps coming back empty (for example after Amazon changes a page), DashFindZ also tells us the type of problem, the DashFindZ version and the random computer ID, so we can fix it. Nothing about you or the products you look at is included.
We keep your store ID(s), the day DashFindZ last checked in and its version, the computer IDs and key fingerprints, each computer's type and browser and when it last checked in, the date each computer was added to your subscription, your email if you opted in, and, if you subscribe, your Stripe subscription and customer references and the email you gave at checkout.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We don't track your browsing, and DashFindZ has no analytics.
- We don't use or transfer your data for any purpose unrelated to DashFindZ's features, or to decide creditworthiness or for lending.
DashFindZ's use of information complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
